2014 Morocco Sale 3 Apr

The second day of Hajar's house.

Today, after a good night's sleep, Hajar had already gone and her dad.
Tarek, Hajar's brother and his mum was still here.
They had made us a nice breakfast including cocopops, nice nourishing bread and some fruit. It was very filling.

When we had breakfast, we put on our shoes and went to the big castle that had used to keep white slaves in it. When we went inside, the first thing I noticed was the smell.

It smelt like sweets and Dad said it was the flowers on the tree's nectar. Wow!

Therefore, there was lots of cats(stray).
I saw a pair play fighting on the bench.

After we had looked around, we went to the market. On the way, we picked up Hajar and dropped off Tarek to his University. We went to the market and I got my camera ready. I took some pictures and Dad said they were nice.
At the side of the path, we saw a kitten sleeping. It was so cute.

We also watched some people making beautiful pillows.
We then made our way our of the market and headed home.

Extras
We had a real nice meal.
We had hired a car.

Third day.
Today, we went to the big wall where all the prisoners were kept. It was amazing.
There was a tunnel underneath the big wall and me and Ellie chased each other.

Then we went upstairs and we saw a beautiful view of the sea. There were bug rusty cannons and I imagined the noise that it would have made.

Then we started to head for Hajar's mum's friend's house. There, we had a food called couscous.
It was quite nice. It was a dinner that we well all meant to share with all in one pot, like this.

Afterwards, we went to Hajar's grandmother's house. It was really big!
It even had a big tree in the middle of the house.

Lots of relatives were there and a cousin had a dog. It was very cute.

We played with it and I did a little football because I was a football lying around.

It was beginning to get dark and we looked around in the market.
It was quite dirty but despite that, you could smell lovely baked  bread.
There was lots of stray cats.

We reached the place where Hajar's Dad had lived when he was younger. It was a big open roofed house.
There were lots of relatives.
The dinner was delicious bread, nice peppermint tea and some cool sweets.
After dinner, Hajar's Dad showed us around.

Fourth day.
Today, we had a totally big breakfast. It was a big pot full of veggies and bread.
The food was delicious. There was an olive bread which was really nice.
Then we drove to the Roman ruins called Chella.

When we went in, it was very beautiful.
There was lots of plants and tress.
We went down some steps and again, I saw lots of cats.

Finally, we had gone down all the steps and there was a platform so you could see a great view.
I was surprised to see these massive nests and Tarek said they belonged to Storks.
At that moment, I saw a stork pelting across the sky, its wings spread. It was beautiful.
We saw storks clinking their beaks.

Me and Ellie went down the path a bit and saw a litter of kittens! Awwww!
There was a fat one and I picked it up.
It was so fluffy!

Dad called me and showed me a pool of tadpoles and frogs. It was so cool!

Then, we went to another par of the park.
Because the kittens were stray, we washed our hands in streams of fresh rain water. It felt cool and refreshing.
We then went to a grass plain with stones. I and Ellie played 'Don't touch the grass'. It was really fun.
When we got back to the exit, Mum found a turtle, I mean a tortoise.
It was very small and cute.

Back home, we had dinner. It was good.
